Ｑ１古着卸しは、どのような商品がありますか？また、入荷サイクルはどのくらいですか？ What kind of products do you have for second-hand clothing wholesale? Also, how long is the arrival cycle?: 弊社では、自社での買取りの他、大手リサイクルチェーン店、自治体回収業者、インポート業者、廃業時のデッドストック回収、各地海外からのベール買付け、等々多数の業者様から定期的又はランダムに入荷します。
割合からは国内流通物が多いですが、インポート商品はタイミングになります。
弊社への入荷サイクルは、毎日～2日くらいで、１日に数回入る日もあります。
新着入荷情報や、新着インポート情報は、Twitterや公式LINE又は本HPのお知らせで、発信しています。

Ｑ２古着卸しで、購入後の返品や返金または商品の代替え交換はできますか？ Is it possible to return or refund after purchase or replace the item with a used clothing wholesaler?: 弊社では、売りも買いも基本的には現金取引になります。また、中古品に於きましては、一点ものになります。ご自身で見て、触って、ご納得いただき購入いただいたものにつきましては返品等は不可となります。
但し、ネットからの購入、電話や店頭販売ではないお取引に関しましては、弊社、特定商取引法に基づく表記の内容に帰属します。

Ｑ３古着卸しでは、購入した商品を送っていただけますか？ Can you send me the purchased items at the used clothing wholesale?: 全国発送に対応できます。
基本的には、ビニールで防水処理をし、140サイズの段ボール箱に入れて
全国１箱 1,100円（但し、北海道 1,800円、沖縄・離島 2,860円）で発送します。
その他、30kgを超える梱包につきましては、ヤマト便又は西濃運輸で発送します。（別途お見積り要）
We can handle nationwide shipping.
Basically, waterproof it with vinyl and put it in a 140 size cardboard box.
We will ship one box nationwide for 1,100 yen (Hokkaido 1,800 yen, Okinawa / remote island 2,860 yen).
In addition, for packages over 30 kg, we will ship by Yamato mail. (Separate estimate required)

海外発送で、ご希望される品目により集めるお時間が必要ですが、ご希望内容によっては、協力いただける同業者もおりますので、納期や量、納品先等によってお見積りさせていただきます。
